Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure, whether you sign in with a password or through Google or Facebook. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Organizations and Events

Organizations are responsible for the events they publish, including accurate event details, division rules, and communication with registrants. OpenVolley provides the platform that organizations use to manage their events, but is not itself the organizer of any event listed on the platform.

Payments

OpenVolley does not process, store, or handle payments. Where an entry fee applies, payment is made directly between the registrant and the organization, typically via a Venmo username the organization provides. OpenVolley is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or cancellations — those are between you and the organization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false registration or profile information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another user
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to OpenVolley for accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

OpenVolley is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenVolley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between organizations and registrants.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
